    The Cal-SEARCH is designed to increase the recruitment and retention of culturally competent, community oriented health professionals in California's community clinics and health centers (CCHCs), by providing health profession students and residents with clinical experiences linked to preceptors, mentors and community projects.

    The New Graduate RN Transition Programs provide new grads additional education, coaching, and clinical experience to improve competence, professional skills, and marketability.
  • Santa Rosa Community Health Centers Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Residency
    The SRCHC Nurse Practitioner (NP) Residency Program is an opportunity for recently graduated Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) to experience a supported transition to becoming a primary care provider. This program is offered in affiliation with Sonoma State University and offers students a range of experiences meeting the complex needs of under-served populations across all life cycles. Nurse Practitioners who have completed an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program in the last 24 months qualify to apply for the program.
