Complaints About the Board
The goal of the Board of Registered Nursing is to consistently provide our customers with excellent service. Our employees take pride in their efforts to do a good job and treat all applicants and licensees with respect. In our efforts to provide good service to our customers, we appreciate any comments relating to the performance of our staff members or processing at the Board of Registered Nursing. We welcome both negative and positive feedback so that we know where we need to change and where we need to continue any valued service. A complaint or comment may be made by completing the Customer Service Evaluation form below. All complaints or comments received by the Board of Registered Nursing will be reviewed and, if necessary, forwarded to the appropriate personnel to acknowledge receipt of the information.
